Smart Deinterlace 1.0.2
Another update to Vegas filters,
i found "access violation" bug in Smart Deinterlace, so you should
update it to version 1.0.2, if you use it.
- fixed no initialisation of filter structures, if vegas destoyed
filter and creates it again with the same parameters
- added additional two presets
