ATV2000 version 2.0.18.3:
- added support for stereo PV951 cards to BT8x8 plugin
- fixed audio compressor bitrate setting in WDM
- prepared for audio filters - still not implemented
- capture log file now includes video and audio bitrate
- added support for teletext with SAA713x capture cards
- added support for formats DV Audio, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, ATRAC3,
  Huffyuv, unknown VCM video formats are displayed as FOURCC
